• I always confuse that why government want to spend more to simulate people’s spending in the period of economic meltdown.

     

    U.S.A for example, is already one of the countries that spend a lot: government spends billions of money in war, in buildings, in bridges to nowhere; its citizens use credit to purchase, purchase and purchase. What’s the result of the spending game? While economic slowdown, the credit market clashed—no money can be paid off.

     

    This time, government is discussing the stimulate package which means put money in people’s pockets and let them spend it. Yes, the government can easily achieve this task by printing paper money. People would glad enough to receive this gifts—who would so stupid to turn off the money?

     

    Though this trillion toy money could be spent and even spent wisely, future generations will still have to pay it off or be inflated away. It becomes an evil cycle that we took benefits from the present but put burden off in the future.

     

    The whole society taught us the very thing: to earn and to spend. Not even heard of how to live happily and consume wisely. I can earn $100 and spend less to sustain a simple life, or I can sacrifice more personal time to earn $1000 and spend most of it away. I believe the former type of life is much happier: you may not be a rich person but your can be a happy one.

    市场营销和沟通是使企业摆脱衰退的关键因素。当务之急,是想办法把产品或服务呈现在顾客面前。企业存活下来,要靠维持,可能的话,加快现有的市场份额增长速度。

     

    最好的顾客,就是现有的老顾客。因此与老顾客建立紧密的关系,有助于留住顾客,在将来合作。

     

    创新的营销方式,能够帮助企业。尤其是,能够吸引顾客继续购买商品或服务的营销方式。例如在英国和西班牙,绝望的房地产公司提供买二送一的促销方法,吸引顾客购买房屋单位,希望以此促进销量。

     

    当然,相比于澳洲,英国以及整个欧洲的房贷危机更加严重。很多贷款购房者眼睁睁看着自己的资产变成负资产。而那些一直等待合适投资时机的人们,却没有办法筹到足够的钱。

     

    经济衰退也为澳洲的企业带来了一些好处,特别是那些出口企业。澳元贬值,使澳洲的产品比以前便宜,更加有吸引力。对于出口企业来说,现在是抓住机会的好时机。

     

    所以,就像英国的小企业领袖所说,中小型企业现在双倍的艰辛努力,可能会在将来得到更大的回报。

  • A global economic downturn triggered by U.S.A becomes spread all over the world. Economic experts and government assure people that the economy is OK.But obviously no one thinks so.

    The global meltdown has a more severly adverse impact on South Korea than the other countries in Asian;its currency, the won, has fallen sharply consequently. Most of the Korean people cut off their buget and consume less. Customers are largely reduced by nearly 50%; rich people start to sell their memberships which are the status symbol among the newaly rich;everyone talks about economic crisis everywhere.

    The panic-stricken atmosphere makes perfect sense in light of the nation's recent history. South Korea was the representive of Asian miracle. In a mere generation, the country transfered itself from an impoverished backwater living on Amercian aid to a globally competitive manufacturer. But a serious crisis in 1997 smash most Korean people' confidence.

    Will this depressed mood turn to Depression as 1997 crisis? Or is it just a downturn taking several months? Nobody can give a certain answeer, but everyone may it be the later situation, hoping God rests luck on human.
